Extra-Curricular Activities

We offer a range of extra-curricular activities to help extend children's learning beyond the taught curriculum. Extra-curricular activities provide opportunities to boost children's confidence to interact socially with others and provides them with new skills and abilities. Above all, they offer an important space to have fun and relax away from the pressures of school work.

In-school activities

Each week, every year group participates in their own "3 o'clock clubs" which offer a range of activities for children to choose from each half-term. These include cosmic yoga, sewing, traditional games, dance, Numbots, mindfulness and lots more!

Piggy Bank Club is a group of budding Year 2 entrepreneurs who are learning the very basics of running a business under the guidance of Mrs Cowan. We do hope that they become the business people of tomorrow!

University Days take place each term when children in Years 1 and 2 choose to study a university subject or an apprenticeship to expand their horizons and think about their future. This has included Theatre Studies, Fine Art, Dance, Science, Hairdressing and Scouting.
